Hand molded sulfur-based clay into desired form

—Clay Cross Sections

Sliced each clay model into 0.5-inch cross sections and laid out each slice onto paper. Then photographed

Traced the laid out cross sections in Adobe Illustrator, and laser cut onto .5-inch MDF board

—Final assembly

Sanded and Refined

Glued and Clamped

—Base Mold Making

3D printed base piece into a two-part mold. Then used two-part resin to cast 6 bases for chess pieces

—Final Assembly

First used a sealant Primer, Then two coats of Metallic spray paint
